After a long, hot day on the beach there is nothing better than to relax with an ice cold beer or cocktail as you watch the sunset or dance into the night. Here we list some of our favourite bars in Nha Trang - feel free to add your faves in the comments!

1. Guava Bar
   An old favourite, Guava is an attractive, comfortable and relaxing place to chill out. With lots of plants and great lighting that sets you at ease, plus good lounge music on the stereo (and occational live performances) Guava has a great airy seating area and a lovely patio out the back.
   A wide range of cocktails (including their speciality, the Frozen Belini) sets them apart, as well as a range of cheaper drinks made from local spirits and mixers.
2. The Sailing Club
   The Sailing Club is possibly the biggest bar in Nha Trang, and comprises several restaurants serving Western, Italian and Indian cuisines, a large dancefloor that gets packed late at night, and an outdoor terraced seating area that looks out to sea - a perfect place to sit in the late afternoon with a beer.
   The Sailing Club has DJs playing most nights - watch out for the 'jamjars' of local cocktails, they're pretty lethal - and holds a monthly Full Moon party called Insomnia.
3. Louisiana Brewhouse
   Set around a pool on the edge of the beach, Louisiana is unique in that it brews its own beers (and makes its own cakes!)
   This means they have on tap Brown, Black, Yellow, Red and White beers, all with very distinct flavours - White is a bit like Hoegarden and Red like Spitfire. If you're missing your ales its a great (and cheap) place to tank up, and its in a cool, relaxing setting.
4. Why Not?
   Why Not? only ever seems to get going late at night, but carries on well into the morning generally closing around 4am, but if you're not ready for bed yet, its a great place to stop off.
